- Residential Project
I have documented both the drainage and structural design for this project. It is an extension project with a swimming pool. My design includes replacing the existing timber floor in the house with suspended slabs on screw piles.
- Residential Project
I have completed the structural design for all 34 units of new townhouses located at Beaconsfield. It includes residential slab design on bored piles due to high fill level on site. Design and documentation was done in 3.5 weeks.
- Residential Project
This project comprised of designing the steel frame for double brick wall up to 6m high and curved roof structures for passive design intent.
- Commercial Project
I have assessed the existing portal frames of the warehouse and have modified the design of existing structures for the elevated roof space of the upward extension of this church building.
